"You're always one decision away from a totally different life."
A. Yes, the membership can be joined at any time. When an individual makes the decision that they want to change their life, I want the support to be available to them immediately.
A. It is recommended that an individual give themselves 90 days to establish the new thought and lifestyle habits that are part of the program, but every person is different. With that said, you are NOT required to a minimum amount of time that you can stay. If a person leaves the membership, they can’t return to the membership for 1 year.
A. No, I do not believe in diets. Instead, I teach you how to eat the foods you love and lose weight by understanding the “why” behind your eating which results in you only needing to eat as much food as your body requires, and not overeating to soothe emotions and feelings.
A. You won’t need me to because you will be able to do that on your own. I will teach you how to tap back into the natural ability that you were born with to recognize when you are truly hungry and when to stop eating based upon signals your body sends your brain when satisfied with food.
A. This is not a personal coaching program (Kristin does have that if you want more information, please ask) but instead a group coaching program. You will be provided with three opportunities per week to be on live group coaching calls with Kristin and if there is something you would like coaching on, you can absolutely bring it up on a call and get yourself coached.
A. You absolutely can be, but that is not included in the membership. For an additional fee, you can receive a weekly 30 minute coaching call.
My Story
I have a vision of seeing women step into their power by knowing their self-worth and truly caring for themselves so deeply that they can create profound changes in their lives.
At the young age of 8, I began to struggle with my self-esteem. I lacked confidence, faith, and trust in myself that I carried all the way into my adult life. I found myself becoming consumed with the things that I put into my mouth.
It wasn’t until I started to do the emotional work on myself that I found freedom from my self-imposed prison. I broke free of the conditioning that had me feeling like my worth was tied to my weight.
This program is from my own lived experience healing from emotional eating.
