It's so easy to get obsessive about every little morsel of food that goes into your mouth, and how it might impact your body. Are you constantly on a diet yet aren't losing the weight you want? Do you feel out of control around food and wish you could just eat when you were hungry and stop when full?
If only it were that simple.
There is so much more to eating than just carbs, proteins, and fats and losing or maintaining your weight has little to do with how much and when you eat....it is all about WHY you are eating.
I've spent a majority of my adult life fixated on food, my weight, and what others think of me based upon what I look like...and it is exhausting.
I knew there had to be a better way to function with food, and I have found it.
